Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, Insured Title has quickly earned a reputation as a premier provider of title and settlement services. We offer full service to all counties in the following states: Florida, Illinois, Mississippi and Missouri. As an added service to our clients, we also provide title and closing services for residential refinances in the remaining 45 (49) states. Our staff consists of talented, experienced people with an absolute devotion to providing our clients, and our clients’ clients, with unparalleled customer service. All ITA employees are required to be Licensed (Florida) Title Agents within 90 days of their start date. This helps to ensure that your files will be handled by experienced, knowledgeable, and professional people.
The goal at ITA is to exceed our clients’ expectations by operating at a level for which our competitors are unable and/or unwilling to strive. While most title companies are closed in the evenings, our offices are typically open late. Our underlying philosophy is that we do not leave until the last available task is completed. Our West Coast clients find this particularly helpful due to the significant time difference. We are also open most Saturdays, and offer closing services at any location at any time.
Speed and accuracy are of paramount importance to anyone competing in the modern Real Estate and Mortgage industries. With ITA, all Florida title orders placed by 5pm EST will be back to the client(s) that same day. In our other full service states, orders are typically completed next day. Although the turnaround time in the remaining 45 states tends to vary, you can expect most orders to be fulfilled within one to three business days. Along with each title commitment, we send a chain of title, wiring instructions, preliminary Settlement Statement and a closing protection letter. All title commitments, closings and disbursements undergo a secondary quality control review by a Licensed Florida Title Agent prior to delivery to our customers. This all but eliminates errors.
