At Insured Title Agency, we recognize that our employees are our most valuable assets. We each consider ourselves to be part of a “family”, to which we are very loyal. We realize that the best way to ensure our companies success is to work diligently helping our employees succeed. This is accomplished by focusing on training and education, promoting from within, and offering exceptional compensation plans. In addition to regular salaries, all team members have the ability to earn sales commissions for any business they help bring to our company. In order to foster Team Building, our group bonuses are divided equally among all employees. Full benefits (health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, etc.) are available for all eligible employees.
A few points to consider: All current ITA employees have undergone drug testing, as well as credit and background checks. These steps will be taken with any new applicants prior to employment. ITA has policies regarding office “gossip” and confidentiality. Gossip has a negative impact on job satisfaction and is strongly discouraged. Regarding confidentiality, all employees must agree that our company’s information, and that of our clients, is to be safeguarded at all times. ITA will never ask an employee to sign a Non-Compete Agreement. Such agreements are unfair, unenforceable in most cases, and a sign of poor leadership.
