Speed and accuracy are of paramount importance to anyone competing in the modern Real Estate and Mortgage industries. With ITA, all Florida title orders placed by 5pm EST will be back to the client(s) that same day. In our other full service states, orders are typically completed next day. Although the turnaround time in the remaining 30 states tends to vary, you can expect most orders to be fulfilled within one to three business days. Along with each title commitment, we send a chain of title, wiring instructions, preliminary Settlement Statement and a closing protection letter. All title commitments, closings and disbursements undergo a secondary quality control review by a Licensed Title Agent prior to delivery to our customers. This all but eliminates errors.
