BABA34 Announcement:

Joining the $10,000,000+ (single agent) Top Producer Panel will be the one-and-only Cyndee Haydon, from Future Home Realty!

That's right, each agent appearing on the BABA34 Panel will have sold over $10M in real estate in the past 12 months! None of them are team leaders with tons of agents under them....they do not have a big REO contract feeding them steady business....they don't sell only Million Dollar properties, etc.

Cyndee has been a client of both of my title companies for years. While I'll certainly wait for her to inform our BABA34 guests about how she got to this level...I will tell you one thing about her: Cyndee simply does business the right way! She ALWAYS has her clients' best interests at heart, and she ALWAYS 'has the back' of everyone on her team (Mortgage, Title, etc). It's remarkable how rare these qualities are in real estate.

Cyndee has been a true pleasure to work with, and is the kind of businessperson we should all aspire to emulate!

This lovely lady is among the most professional, talented and ethical Realtors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. It's always refreshing to work with someone who views real estate as more than a job...but a PROFESSION!

We have a new, totally secure (and simple) Net Sheet, for both your sellers AND buyers.

We all love technology, but sometimes 'old school' is better, and safer!

Here is a screenshot of the Calculator most of our clients are now using. It's an Excel spreadsheet that has many fields already filled out. All you do is plug in the numbers for your specific client/property situation, and you can show them several scenarios. I won't go into the details/instructions here, but they'll be included in what I send in reply to your email.

Like most title agencies, we've always had a 'Net Sheet' on our website. We recently dumped it due to some limitations.

Such as...

For the online Net Sheets (not ITA's):

You have to have internet service

You have to login

When you enter the client/property information, it is captured by the website. Some title companies then market directly to your clients. I know of one local title company that even GIVES THE LEADS TO YOUR COMPETITORS! Are you comfortable with that????

There can be huge delays if there is an issue with the company 'powering' the Net Sheet.

Hey everyone! Just so we're all 'in the loop' about Thursday's BABA33 Main Event, below is the body of an email I just sent to all registered guests:

Hello BABA33 Registered Guests!

Please read this entire email….

First, thank you for signing up to attend what will be yet another great Become A Better Agent Main Event…..BABA33! I’ve attached the flyer for the event in case you need the details again.

Please arrive early! BABA33 is very sold out! While we expect a few ‘no-shows’, it’s definitely possible that anyone rolling in right at 9am will find themselves without a place to sit in the auditorium. The seminar will begin promptly at 9am, and (beginning at 8:50am) we’re opening the remaining seats (if any) to unregistered Realtors who show up (and pay $20) that morning.

BABA Main Events are always free to everyone, but we’ll now be charging $20 (cash only) to anyone who attends without registering. All proceeds will be immediately donated to the Realtors Care Foundation of GTR, and will go toward down payment assistance for their buyers. Any of these folks who end up not getting a seat will be refunded the $20.

Please carpool with other guests! The GTR parking lot gets a little packed when an event the size of BABA is happening. They (and we) greatly appreciate anything you can do to help out…..so carpool!

Here's how Thursday’s going to go down:

• 8:00am: Doors to the GTR building, the auditorium and the BABA Partner Fair open.

• 8:00am to 8:50am:

o Registered guests check-in, and get their BABA nametag. This nametag allows you access to the auditorium.
o BABA Partner Fair Setup
o Networking
o Find a seat!

• 8:45 to 8:55: Real Estate Trivia Lottery Ticket Giveaways!

• 8:50am to 9:00am: Unregistered (paid) guests are allowed to take any open seats that remain.

• 9:00am to 1:00pm: BABA33

• 1:00pm to 3:00pm: Lunch in the Insured Title Agency of South Tampa office (upstairs in suite 201 of the GTR building). We’ll be serving 4 Rivers Smokehouse BBQ, and it is brought to you by BABA Partner Lennie Swearingen of Florida Direct Homes. Thank you Lennie!
